    金柑酒が出来ました。

    春先に金柑を頂き、つけておいたことを思い出したので、いそいそと引っ張り出してみました。
     
    砂糖をまったく入れていなかったのですが、自然な甘さがありました。

    そのあたりにあった焼酎でつけたのですが、果実酒用ブランデーでもよかったかなという気がしています。
